The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Advance & COD:

70% Amount will be charged as an advance on orders above 5,000 PKR before proceeding with the printing process. COD is only available on single items. You reserved the rights to cancel the order before printing after that it is not possible to cancel your orders, as we have begun the printing process.

SALE:

Discount is valid on website based products only.

Placing Orders

When you place an order, we'll confirm receipt and get to work on fulfilling it. All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order as needed.

Payment

We accept various payment methods. Payment is required when you place an order. Pricing may change, but we'll always keep you informed.

Shipping

We'll send your order promptly! Shipping times vary depending on the product and method. Please note that shipping delays beyond our control are possible.

Quality and Returns

We take great pride in our products. If there's an issue, if items are damage or defective, let us know within 3 days, and we'll work to resolve it. Custom items are non-refundable unless damage or defective. For more about damage and defective, please read: Return and Refund Policy.

Liability

While we strive for the best service and quality, Varieto Prints isn't responsible for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service or product.
